Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All CreativeCasaPrints products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. During holidays, sales, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when tracking is available. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at casacreativeprints@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production or ships.

CreativeCasaPrints is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, email us at casacreativeprints@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the appropriate next step.

A carrier delay does not automatically mean that a package is lost. We may need to allow the carrier’s required waiting period before arranging a replacement or other resolution.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at casacreativeprints@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, the issue, and the packaging.
