RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All of our products are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at casacreativeprints@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the item, the damage or issue, and the packaging it arrived in.

Once we receive your email and photos, we will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please do not return or mail an item back unless we provide instructions to do so.
